The newest outpost opened in December 2024 in Gstaad, within the legendary former Chlösterli venue, a place already steeped in local folklore and elegance. This new chapter brings together chalet authenticity and cosmopolitan flair: wooden walls and snow-white cushions meet sequins, candles and red neon lights, creating a unique balance of intimacy and spectacle.

Chef Éric Frechon, renowned for his exceptional talent, brings to Gstaad a winter cuisine elevated by local ingredients and creative touches. Here, the culinary experience is rooted in timeless recipes, enhanced with originality to delight even the most discerning palates.
