La Ferme
Saint-Amour
Eat, Love & Party — in the former legendary Chlösterli
A haven for winter nights, festive dinners, and unforgettable evenings, La Ferme Saint-Amour radiates an irresistible spirit of chic conviviality. In a candlelit glow pierced with neon red, guests savour gourmet creations as a sequin-clad singer croons at the piano. Champagne corks pop, glasses clink, and laughter fills the air — these dazzling winter nights embody the restaurant’s credo: “Life is the most beautiful celebration.”
Born in the Alps and now present across four of Europe’s most exclusive ski resorts — Megève, Courchevel, Val d’Isère, and Gstaad — La Ferme Saint-Amour celebrates the Alpine art of living in all its splendour. The recipe for its enduring success –gourmet cuisine, a glamorous setting, polished service, and a festive atmosphere – carries the bold motto:
Eat, Love & Party.
The newest outpost opened in December 2024 in Gstaad, within the legendary former Chlösterli venue, a place already steeped in local folklore and elegance. This new chapter brings together chalet authenticity and cosmopolitan flair: wooden walls and snow-white cushions meet sequins, candles and red neon lights, creating a unique balance of intimacy and spectacle.
Chef Éric Frechon, renowned for his exceptional talent, brings to Gstaad a winter cuisine elevated by local ingredients and creative touches. Here, the culinary experience is rooted in timeless recipes, enhanced with originality to delight even the most discerning palates.
La Ferme Saint-Amour captivates with its friendly, refined atmosphere. Evenings here take on a special dimension, perfectly combining the discreet luxury of Gstaad with the festive boldness of the establishment.
Every detail is designed to awaken the senses. Prestigious cuvées flow as impeccably dressed waiters set the pace, while bartenders shake playful, bespoke cocktails. DJs, pianists and live performers create a seamless rhythm — dinner effortlessly turns into celebration, and each evening becomes a moment to remember.
Behind this joyful temple of gastronomy and festivity stands Annie Famose, former Olympic ski champion turned visionary restaurateur and hotelier. Her Annie Famose Group (AFG) now counts more than 45 prestigious establishments across mountain and seaside destinations — from Saint-Tropez to Megève, from Courchevel to Biarritz — including famous restaurants such as l’Opera, Kinugawa, Le Café or La Petite Plage.
In each of these destinations, AFG brings together French art de vivre, exceptional hospitality, and a deep respect for place and seasonality. The Gstaad opening marks the continuation of this philosophy — a vibrant homage to Alpine glamour and to the simple joy of being together.
“La Ferme Saint-Amour Gstaad is more than a restaurant. It is a statement – a celebration of life, pleasure, and style. An invitation to embrace the night, to savour, to dance, and to remember that true luxury is not excess, but emotion.”
